In or around 1995, Richard Kaijuka, who is now one of the Founder members of the FDC came to Sweden, and exiled Ugandans here gathered to meet him and air their concern about the human rights situation in east and nothern Uganda - They also raised concern that the dictatorship in Uganda was deliberately infecting people from this areas with the HIV virus. Kaijuka was then either the foreign affairs or internal affairs\' minister - and he had travelled in that capacity.

I believe a good number of people recorded this - so there is definitely a strong evidence ( I too did record, but am not sure if my friends here did not erase it so as to record something else.)

In his own words, this is what Kaijuka said and it was televised and showed here more than three times on the Swedish television:

\"DO YOU \"NOTHERNERS\" THINK YOU WILL EVER COME BACK AND RULE UGANDA AGAIN? Heee?_ WE SHALL KILL ALL OF YOU!!\"

Indeed from that time upto now, there have been systematic masscres of the people of these areas, and a systematic negligence of these areas too.

My dears, it is quite intresting to note that we have time to counter justify our points on the LRA in nothern Uganda. Every individual who has poured his blood, inernally displaced, lost family, among other human right abuses is asign justifying the failure of humanity to respect life of man which ought to be irreducible or unquestionable at any time. The list is long for those to be blame for this senseless 18 years masacre, because the war involves a couple of parties with jacketed intrestes under the guise of protecting national soverignty. have you sat down and thought of any other alternative coupled to your verbal artirery that can bring a practical change to normalise the region?, it is only rational beings like you who can drop the accussations and be practical to win back life to these societies.

You have refuse to learn from history the diabolic nature of LRA and Acholi and Langi relationships in independent Uganda. In 1998 , His Lordship Maj General Joseph Kony CT , DB,TB dismissed the political wing composed mainly of Acholi exiles in London. Reason these guys urged him to talk peace so that they could bargain for positions in NRM goverment. Also get informed that even if the government accepted the 4 conditions you have extended to Kony , Kony will never accept a settlement throuh dialogue. Kony has stated categorically a thousand times that he is fighting for an Acholi government at the centre of Kampala. I am actually amused why you a Langi has continued to waste your time by insisting on being kony publicist . I bet , its a question of time and you will also go the way of the likes of Josephina Apire, Nyekorach Matsanga, Dominic Wanyama, James Obita, Balgara and Maj General Langony and Maj Gen George Omona , Powell etc.

But on the other side of logic what type of brains do you have in your head if you can go ahead to be the spokesman of brutal barbarians like LRA ? I must tell you that people who read/listen to your radio /hearing you defending a brutal village barbarian like Kony are left wondering whether you are dead or alive. Even if you did not agree with Museveni after kicking you from power, it is unbelievable that you can support a thug like Kony. It is not too late for you to ask forgiveness from your kinsmen brutalised by the LRA THUGS you speak for.

Mr Kotiina , there is a saying in luganda that translates like\" we will always praise those with whom
we dont stay\" because we dont know their low points.


needless mention the persecution of the opposition.
uganda is such a treasure but with people like museveni in the way of progress.
